Tour the waterfront via the boardwalk starting at Casino Nova Scotia and winding through Historic Properties. Or, visit the city’s crowning glory Citadel Hill, a star-shaped fortress which offers visitors a magnificent view of the city and waterfront.

While in Halifax be sure to visit our many museums, including the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, Pier 21, a national historic site that proudly showcases Canada’s immigrant heritage, the Museum of Natural History, and the Discovery Centre, perfect for young ones or those just young at heart.
